The Officer operates under the mentality of, of course, an officer of the law. Her job is to protect and serve the people. She considers herself to be an ally of the new residents and wants to help as much as possible. However, her priority is to the city itself and would willfully abandon citizens for the city. She will protect it against any of the residents trying to do it harm. Furthermore, she obeys laws to the letter and doesn't actually have the capability to punish offenses. Most crimes amount to a lecture and she rarely interferes with matters that don't affect the city itself.

She likes to maintain a serious disposition, but frequently devolves to silliness.

She tries to prevent both the Architect and the Mayor from doing anything insane. She also tries to keep them from squabbling *too* much, but occasionally gets pulled into the insanity.

Manages a group of overeager, inky officers.
